Serea — 2027 Turkey Collection

Bodrum & The Turquoise Coast

The Mediterranean’s most talked-about summer destination—seen from the water.

Bodrum is having a moment—and for good reason. But for me, it isn’t new. I grew up here, and the Turquoise Coast is still where I vacation with my children and parents.

My father began in yachting more than 50 years ago; I’ve now spent 20 years in the business myself. This is where many of my guests discover yachting for the first time: space, privacy and the freedom to move between secluded Turkish bays and nearby Greek islands.

These are my personal picks for 2027, selected for clients, friends and friends of friends.

The Cruising Grounds

Most charters begin in Bodrum or Göcek. From Bodrum, we explore the Gulf of Gökova and Hisarönü or cross into the Dodecanese islands of Leros, Patmos, Arki and Marathi. Further south, Göcek and Fethiye offer sheltered bays and exceptionally calm cruising.

Most charters are seven nights, usually Saturday to Saturday.

The Serea Selection

I inspect these yachts and meet their crews regularly. Every yacht here has been personally reviewed, and I’ve noted the ones I’ve chartered or sailed myself.

They’re grouped by price, size and amenities—not ranked. Each is one of the strongest choices in its category.

Prices shown are estimated weekly totals, including the charter fee, Turkish VAT and the yacht’s standard APA unless noted otherwise.

Rates & Terms

Rates are weekly and shown in Euros. The all-in estimates include the charter fee, 20% Turkish VAT and the yacht’s standard APA unless noted otherwise. Gratuity and optional extras are not included.

APA covers food and beverages, cruising fuel unless otherwise noted, marina fees, transfers and operating expenses. Greek-island fees and taxes may also apply depending on the itinerary.

July and August are peak season. Rates are lower in June and September, and lower again in May and October. Standard embarkation is 16:00; disembarkation is 10:00.

Rates and availability are indicative as of September 2026 and subject to confirmation.
